We cover implementation of a Food Control Plan in our training.- This one day course (9.30am - 3.00pm) meets the requirements of the Food Act 2014 for people selling/supplying food to the public. It covers how to handle, prepare and store food so that it is safe to eat and implementation of a Food Control Plan.

LCQ Training for Manager's Certificate

The training involves self-directed learning for approximately 40 hours at home plus a homework assignment that must be completed before attending the course. This is followed with a close book exam. Students must have a good level of reading and writing in English.
